We sell pet toys and accessories, and we add new products to the catalog over time. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including its materials, dimensions and weight. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Measurements and weights are approximate. If a product you receive is not as described, you can return it under our Refund and Returns Policy.

Pet toys are not indestructible. Choose a toy that suits your pet’s size and play style, supervise your pet during play, and replace a toy once it is damaged or worn small enough to be swallowed.

4. Prices and Availability

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices and product availability at any time, but a change does not affect orders already placed. If we make an obvious pricing or listing error, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. You receive an order confirmation email when you place an order, and the contract is formed when we ship the order and send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, or if the shipping address is outside our shipping area. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order. Florida sales tax is charged on orders delivered to Florida addresses as described in the Payment Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship with USPS from Miami, Florida, at a flat rate per order, as described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to your shipping address.

8. Returns and Refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them, with a prepaid return label from us, as described in the Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Your Account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
