Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate per order, whatever the number of items, and the same to all 50 states and Washington, DC: $13.95 with USPS Ground Advantage, $17.95 with USPS Priority Mail or $65.95 with USPS Priority Mail Express. Every order is charged shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day start processing the same day, and processing takes 1–2 business days. USPS transit to the contiguous US then takes 2–5 business days with Ground Advantage, 2–3 with Priority Mail and 1–2 with Priority Mail Express. To Alaska and Hawaii, transit takes 13–23 business days with Ground Advantage, 3–5 with Priority Mail and 1–2 with Priority Mail Express.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Maltez Discount, 2490 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142, United States, with USPS.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including PO Boxes. We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or other countries.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a USPS tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them, for any reason. Contact us first and we will email you a prepaid return label. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Does it cost anything to return an item?
No. We provide a prepaid USPS return label and do not charge restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 days of our receiving your return, to your original payment method.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping.
Payment and Tax
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. Payments are powered by Stripe and processed securely by Stripe. Card payment is the only payment method at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, for orders delivered to Florida addresses. We charge Florida’s 6% state sales tax plus the discretionary sales surtax of the county where the order is delivered, on the items and the shipping charge (for example, 7% in Miami-Dade County). Orders delivered outside Florida are not charged sales tax. The tax is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Payment Policy.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. The site uses SSL/TLS encryption, and card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Products
What do you sell?
Pet toys and accessories. The catalog currently covers toys for cats and dogs, and we add new products over time. Each product page lists the materials, dimensions and weight.
Does the plush fish kicker toy contain catnip?
Yes. The Koi Plush Catnip Fish Kicker is filled with polyester fiberfill and dried catnip.
How do I fill the treat-dispensing puzzle ball?
Push dry treats or kibble through the flexible treat opening beside the logo. As your dog rolls and nudges the ball, the food falls out of the openings.
Are your toys indestructible?
No toy is indestructible. Choose a toy that suits your pet’s size and play style, supervise play, and replace a toy once it is damaged or small enough to swallow.
