About Us

Maltez Discount is a Miami-based retail business offering pet toys and accessories through its online storefront at https://maltezdiscount.com/. Today the catalog covers toys for cats and dogs, and we keep adding new products for pets as we source them.

Our website is operated by MALTEZ DISCOUNT CORP., a Florida corporation registered with the Florida Department of State under document number P09000041932. Our business address is 2490 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142, United States.

What we sell

• Cat supplies: wand toys, rolling and rattle toys, catnip kicker toys and interactive ball tracks.
• Dog supplies: rope tug toys, rubber chew toys, treat-dispensing puzzle toys and plush squeaky toys.

Every product page lists the materials, dimensions and weight of the item, and every product carries the Maltez Discount name.

How we work

We aim to provide customers with clear product information, transparent pricing, accessible customer support and straightforward shopping experiences. In practice, that means:

• Clear prices: prices are in US dollars, and shipping and any Florida sales tax are shown before you pay. We do not add handling or card fees.
• Flat-rate USPS shipping: orders ship from our Miami address within 1–2 business days, at a flat rate per order with USPS Ground Advantage ($13.95), Priority Mail ($17.95) or Priority Mail Express ($65.95) to all 50 states and Washington, DC. See the Shipping Policy.
• 30-day returns: unused items can be returned within 30 days with a prepaid return label. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
• Real people on the phone: our support team answers calls and emails from Miami seven days a week.
